Initiate Your Request
Log into your Sub-Shop account and select the order you wish to return to generate your unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn clothing back into its original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
